ggobd Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladeshi Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on ggobd, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing any casino game, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the ggobd platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used.

These Terms should be read alongside the ggobd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ggobd. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

ggobd reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Continued use of ggobd following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the ggobd platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or are accessing the platform from Bangladesh.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino activities in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation for the purpose of placing bets.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a ggobd employee.
• You have not previously had a ggobd account suspended or permanently closed due to a Terms violation.

ggobd conducts age and identity verification on all new accounts before real-money play is permitted. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of your age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and return of any unplayed balance.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ggobd platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or using different contact details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any detail changes.

Account Information Requirements

• Full legal name as it appears on your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Valid Bangladesh mobile number (used for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket verification).
• Date of birth demonstrating you are aged 21 or above.
• A valid email address that you own and control.

ggobd reserves the right to request additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any point in the account lifecycle, including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card, utility bill for address verification, or a selfie with ID for biometric matching. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ggobd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. ggobd will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree not to share your account access with any other person. All activity carried out using your account credentials — including bets placed, withdrawals initiated, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact ggobd support immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. ggobd will investigate promptly, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ggobd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ggobd supports the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment method accounts used for transactions must be registered in your own name — third-party payment accounts are not permitted.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account tier and the payment method used.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ggobd balance in real time under normal processing conditions.
• ggobd does not charge a deposit fee. Third-party mobile financial service fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible.
• Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is three to five minutes after approval. Rocket and Upay withdrawals may take up to two hours.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays.
• ggobd reserves the right to conduct additional fraud checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 per transaction or ৳200,000 per calendar month.

Any funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal may be requested. This requirement exists to prevent the platform being used as a payment intermediary. Bonuses are subject to separate wagering requirements as outlined in Section 6 below.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ggobd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general bonus conditions.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed account verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal may be requested. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely — check the specific bonus terms for details.
• Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements met within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• ggobd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing accepted bonuses with active wagering periods are honoured.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, collusion, or any other method ggobd deems abusive will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and derived winnings.

07 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ggobd are subject to the specific rules of the market in which they are placed, as well as these general betting conditions. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules.

• Bets are not accepted from players who are in possession of material non-public information regarding the event on which they wish to bet.
• In the event of a void market (e.g., a match is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or deemed irregular), all bets in that market are refunded at odds of 1.0 to the player's account balance.
• ggobd reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its sole discretion, including for players identified as consistently sharp or value-seeking bettors.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network latency. ggobd reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome of the wagered event was already determined, even if the bet was technically accepted by the system.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format. All displayed odds are inclusive of the stake.
• Settlement of bets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). ggobd is not bound by broadcasters' or third-party statisticians' interpretations.

Cricket markets — including BPL fixtures, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL matches, and ICC tournament games — are settled on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board, with no reliance on the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method unless the market was specifically offered on a DLS-adjusted basis.

08 Casino Game Rules

Casino games available on the ggobd platform — including live dealer games, slots, and table games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own in-game rules, which take precedence over these general Terms for game-specific matters.

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games use certified, independently audited random number generation systems. Game outcomes are not influenced by ggobd or the player's prior activity.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or RNG game, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules. ggobd is not responsible for outcomes resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may change without notice.
• Any malfunction of casino game software that results in a clearly erroneous payout (e.g., a prize of ৳10,000,000 for a ৳10 stake in a game where the maximum theoretical win is ৳50,000) renders the affected round void. ggobd will credit the original stake to the player's account.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ggobd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or submitting forged documents during KYC verification.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for purposes of concealing their illegal origin.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through systematic low-risk hedging, multiple account bonus farming, or collusion with other players.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events you have direct or indirect influence over, or in which you possess material non-public information.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated mechanism to interact with the platform without prior written consent from ggobd.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your mobile financial service provider for funds already used or wagered on the platform.
• Platform abuse: Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies in odds that are clearly the result of human or system error.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

ggobd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ggobd will conduct a review within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and all funds restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and any balances derived from the prohibited activity forfeited. Legitimate deposits made prior to the breach that were not involved in prohibited activity will be returned to the original payment method.

Players may voluntarily request permanent account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the registered payment method within five business days.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the ggobd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, text, and data displays — is the intellectual property of ggobd or its licensed content partners. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ggobd.

Game content (graphics, audio, animations) provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and NetEnt remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by ggobd under licence. Players may not extract, copy, or redistribute game assets.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ggobd's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ggobd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

ggobd does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect access. ggobd will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible in such circumstances.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

ggobd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ggobd implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and employs industry-standard data security practices including hashed password storage, access-controlled databases, and regular security audits. Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ggobd may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Minor clarifications, corrections, or additions that do not materially affect player rights may be published without advance notice.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the ggobd platform, you agree to first contact ggobd support to seek an informal resolution before pursuing any formal legal action.

ggobd aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of the formal complaint being lodged. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute – [Your Account Username]".
